- The aim of the course is to make the students acquainted with a variety of methodological approaches in comparative constitutional law and to help the student apply these methods in his/her research.
- Learning outcomes
- After the completion of the course, the student will: - understand the main issues of comparative constitutional law methodology - be able to apply these methodological approaches in his/her own research

- Workshop. A weekend workshop together with students of the "long" version of this course (DAC3CLM Comparative Legal Methodology for CCL) will be organized. The students will be required to read the core materials from the Comparative Legal Methodology for CCL course before attending the workshop.
