Course objectives
The aim of this course is analysis of the current case law of the Court of Justice of the EU in the area of ​​conflict of laws and procedural rules.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to orientate himself in the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU, its development, interpretation of conflict-of-law rules and procedural rules of European private international law.
