Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as to extend the set of legal theoretical knowledge: Introduction to scientific work, critical legal thinking, legal argumentation and legal logic. The set of lectures will be focused on topics that will help students with the writing of high-level professional texts.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able: - to apply critical thinking when working with literature; - to use arguments of legal logic when working with judicature; - to elaborate a timetable of the dissertation; - to fulfill the requirements of the citation directive.
