Prerequisites
The course is conceived as the third part of the introduction to methodological questions of contemporary legal thought. This part will focus on the preparation of basic methodological principles of the future dissertation.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to prepare basic methodological bases of the future dissertation. This objective builds on the previous two lessons in the previous two semesters.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
a) formulate basic methodological bases and principles of their future dissertation.
b) write an essay presenting the particular problems of his work
Syllabus
  • Formulation of basic goals of scientific work
  • Formulation of basic methodological bases of scientific work
  • Formulation of basic principles and categories of selected methodological position.
Teaching methods
Theoretical preparation, presentation of the methodological part of the dissertation
Assessment methods
The course will be completed by an essay and its presentation in a professional journal or scientific conference.
