- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to provide the theoretical knowledge in the area of copyright law and rights related to copyright. The attention is paid to international and European copyright law, including its theoretical accounts, basic overview of the regulatory frameworks and enforcement.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- understand and explain the philosophical foundations of copyright law
- independently resolve highly complex legislative and interpretive issues pertaining to the interaction of international and European regulatory frameworks
