- The aim of the course is to understand and grasp the subject matter of financial law. The course is an obligatory part of the study plan.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to:
- argue for the autonomy and unity of financial law;
- identify public financial activity;
- specify the subject matter of financial law regulation;
- define the method of legal regulation in financial law;
- systematize financial law;
- understand the accessory of financial law;
- understand the concept of financial law of other jurisprudences;
- orientate in historical development of financial law elements. - Syllabus
- Consultation topics:
- - Theoretical aspects of the dissertation topic.
- - Specifics of specific public financial activity.
- - Method of the regulation.
- - Relationship with other legal sectors and other components of financial law.
- - Domestic and world literature on the topic.
