Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide a genesis of the basic private legal concepts, which are directly related to the natural life of a man. Key topics in the area of ​​private law will therefore follow the life story of a man from birth to death, with an emphasis on the search for its pre-legal roots. The purpose of these lectures is to link a specific human wisdom, which goes beyond the specialized fields of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students of law.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to describe the development tendencies of private law
to dominate development tendencies at selected institutes
analyze these development trends
apply them (appropriately) to other institutes
