Course objectives
The subject extends the mandatory study of international law. Seminars are aimed at analysis fictious case-law. The goal of education lies in improvement of application and interpretative knowledges of students. In addition, seminars focus upon the method of individual and team work. By the definition, the subject aims at deepening and intensification of knowledge of international law.
Syllabus
  • Structure of this discipline follows as: -international law as the international order for the international community, -persons of international law, -state as a person of international law, -state succession, -international organisations as a person of international law, -status of individuals in international law, -material and formal sources of international law, -custom of international law, -international treaty, -general principals of law, -unilateral declarations, -general and particulaer international law, -ius cogens and dispositive norms, and -responsibility, liability and sanctions in international law.

Semináře probíhají každý týden, přednášky nejsou zařazeny. Zkouška je písemná, v 8.semestru, se zaměřením na rozbor zadaného případu.
