Course objectives
Civil Law Substantive - the fundamental legal part of private legal area.
Finish study of the civil law substantive.
Getting knowledge about single types of obligation under control (obligation arising from legal acts, obligations arising from damage, obligations arising from unjust enrichment; inheritance).
Obtaining of new information about up-to-date legislature problems and legal practice.

  • The law of obligations.
  • Security of obligations, change of obligation. Discharge of obligations.
  • Type of contracts.
  • Obligations arising from damage.
  • Obligations arising from unjust enrichment.
  • Inheritance.
  • Up-to-date information from legal practice and legislature.
