Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand the motivation behind the postwar changes in the development of the system of state and law;
understand the grounds of the communist philosophy of state and law;
analyse the constitutional texts of 1948, 1960 and 1968 and their real effect;
know the real functioning of law after year 1948.
