Course objectives
The obtaining skills of aplication of basic criminal law concepts in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official. The development of practical skills which are needed for solution of concrete cases that are dealt by higher justice officials in their practice.
Syllabus
  • Basic concepts of criminal substantive law in practice of a higher justice official - penalties - imposition of penalties - execution of penalties - inclusion of penalties - special proceedings, especially specifics of proceeding in juvenile cases.
