Course objectives
The course aims to orient students in understanding the regulation of finance and financial activities in Europe, especially in the EU and EAA.
Syllabus
  • These include the following areas: financial systems. Integration of EU financial markets. Legal regulation of the banks sector. Legal regulation of the capital market. Legal regulation pojišťovnického sector. European monetary law. Legal protection of EU financial interests. Foreign exchange regulation in Europe  . The financial systems of the former Yugoslavia, Albania and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
