Course objectives
The aim of the course is to enable students to acquire knowledge and skills in enforcing subjective rights from commercial-law relations.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students will master:
- Enforcement of trade relations rights
- Knowledge of the course of the disputed procedure as well as undisputed proceedings in commercial matters - Application of receivables in disputed proceedings, orders, execution and insolvency
Syllabus
  • Protection of commercial relations rights provided by civil procedural law
  • general issues of the civil process that are necessary not only to understand the basic principles of civilian management
  • analysis of special issues related to business management
  • demonstrations on business relationships (e.g. in relation to division of the burden of proof)
  • certain specific issues of the protection of subjective rights in commercial matters (eg uncontested proceedings), including the way in which claims are made in different types of civil proceedings
