- Course objectives
- In this course, students will examine the Uniform Commercial Code in depth. Legal concepts of contracts, agency sales of goods, commercial paper, security interests, partnerships and corporations will be covered with a focus on the practical applications of each to business.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
- Understand and explain the laws surrounding employment discrimination
- Work with information on the role of negotiable instruments in business
- Create an appropriate contract for an international business
