- Course objectives
- The course provides basic theoretical and practical knowledge of chosen sectors of public administration and their legal regulation.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, the students who have succeeded: - have basic theoretical and practical knowledge of chosen sectors of public administration and their legal regulation - are able to explain connections and relationships between legal regulation of chosen sectors of public administration and general administration law - are able to administer legal rules in certain cases - are able to sustain chosen solution of the case study.
- Syllabus
- Basic terms and institutes from these branches of public administration: - internal administration (registries, permanent residence, birth numbers, identity cards, foreigner law and citizenship) - security administration (police administration) - cultural administration (especially monument care) - expropriation and construction legal institutes restricting property rights - traffic administration (especially the section of roads).
