Course objectives
The aim of the course is to inform students with the concept and development of non contentious proceedings, with differentiation of contentious and non contentious proceedings, with the concept of participation in non contentious proceedings, and with the principles of non contentious proceedings.
Learning outcomes
After the end of the course student will be able to explain the concept and development of non contentious proceedings; differentiation of contentious and non contentious proceedings; the concept of participation in non contentious proceedings; the principles of non contentious proceedings.
