Course objectives
The aim of the course is to give to the students the knowledges of the succesion of rights, mainly of the hereditary succesion.The special accent is given to the comparative methode, especially from the point of view of EU law.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able, after completing the course: - to work in the both theory and practice with the institutes of inheritance law and with the inheritance law as whole;
- to describe the theoretical concept of juridical solutions based on the use of institute of inheritance law;
- to identify the internal structure and systemic relations of inheritance law and to use it for the solutions of practical cases of contract law;
- to identify and to work with the different types of the last will.
