- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to provide the knowledge in the area of unfair competition and the commercial-law aspects of the IP protection. The particular attention is paid to the protection of trade-secrets, undisclosed information, contract-law, tort law and cross-border issues related to the intellectual property protection.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, students should be able to:
Understand the unfair competition protection.
Have a general overview of the trade secrets protection.
Have knowledge about the contract-law and tort-law aspects related to the intellectual property protection.
