- Course objectives
- The aim of the study is to inform students about basic concepts and terms in the pathology. The accent is on fundamental knowledge of general pathology.
- Syllabus
- 1 Pathology of cells, regressive changes, main metabolic diseases 2 Pathology as a subject and position in the medicine. Biopsy, autopsy. 3 Inflammation 4 Tumors 5 Pathology of the heart and vessels 6 Pathology of the respiratory tract 7 Pathology of the kidney 8 Pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, oesophagus and stomach 9 Pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, small and large intestine 10 Pathology of the liver and pancreas 11 Pathology of the male and female genital tract; the breast 12 Pathology of the central nervous system 13 Pathology of the bone and joints 14 Endocrinology
