Course objectives
The course will provide students with basic information about nutrition   theory of evolution of the human race, the student will be able to understand and explain the effect of nutrition on the evolution of modern man.

Human ancestors, hominizační theory, the genus Homo Paleodieta, fire - the pros and cons of cooking The first farmers, the beginning of civilization diseases Antiquity, beginning AD The influence of religion on diet composition Influence of socio-economic situation in the composition of food The effect of altitude on the composition of food Discovery of America-new foods Development of gastronomic technology Chemicals in agriculture 20th century, paradoxes hunger and overeating
