Course objectives
At the end of this exercise a student defines normative spectacle terms, knows their dividing and correction goals. The student categorizes anatomical, esthetical and optical parameters for completing spectacles from basic components and their anatomical and physiological adjusting. The student will be able to measure spectacle static, to define conditions for comfortable spectacle wearing and to apply knowledge of spectacle elasticity and solidity.

  • History of spectacle correction, spectacle frames and theirs distribution Principle systems of measurements and dimensions of spectacle frames Definition of spectacle technics and adjustment of glasses Special anatomy and morfology of head Spectacle aestheties, constitutional types and constitutional psychology of man Problems loading of the skin and statics of glasses
