Course objectives
This course is designed to provide students wit the basic knowledges of social psychology, problems connected with service in Health Care and psychology of shopping. This problems deals with aim to show studentst theirs practical usefullness durinf special practise.
Syllabus
  • Objectives of Course in Psychology. Part I: Social Psychology: Psychology and social psychology, objevte and methods. Social evolution, interaction and culture. Process of socialisation and social learning. Social cognition. Motivation. Communication. Personality as object of social psychology. Social Groups and group atmosphere. Asertivity. Part II: Services in Health Care . Personality of patiens and health service officer. Psychological approach to patiens. Sanitary enviroment. Let patiens and theisr families to know formidable news in various parts of health service. Let patiens and theisr families to knot extreme formidable news. Various types of patiens in health service. Part III. Psychology of services and marketing. Psychology of marketing . Market and consumption behaviour. Types of consumers. Homo coemens. Personality of marchant and counsellors. Psychology of advertissement. Psychogy of goods and fashion.
