- Course objectives
- Clinical anatomy: The concept of this course is improving knowledge in clinical and topographic anatomy in CT, MR, UZ an X-ray imaging. Students should know basic principle of examination and methods of CT, MR, UZ and X-ray.
- Syllabus
- Clinical anatomy: Diagnostic and surgical imaging anatomy – musculoskeletal; Diagnostic and surgical imaging anatomy- knee, ankle and foot; Diagnostic and surgical imaging anatomy – brain, head, neck and spine; Diagnostic and surgical imaging anatomy – chest, abdomen and pelvis; Diagnostic and surgical imaging anatomy – ultrasound. Anatomy and endoscopy of the gastrointestinal tract - superior part. Anatomy of the abdominal wall, peritoneal cavity, ligaments, pathways in abdomen. Practical anatomy of the abdominal organs. Anatomy of the thorax, mediastinum, pulmonal cavities. Clinical anatomy of the mamma. Circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid, ventriculi cerebri, applied anatomy of the basis crania, craniocerebral traumatology.
