Course objectives
Course focused on the relation of nutrition and health, nutrition in prevention and etiology of non/infectious diseases with epidemic occurence.
Syllabus
  • Nutrition of doodlers and babies - complementary feeding. Possible risks. Nutrition of children. Nutrition of adolescents. Nutrition in pregnancy and lactation. Nutrition in elderly. Alternative ways of nutrition. Nutrition and sport. Nutrition behaviour. Taste and food preferences. Smoking cessation. Stress and coping. Nucleotids in nutrition. Iodine in nutrition. Nutrition in emergency situations (wars, natural catastrophe, famine etc.). Nutrition policy.
