Course objectives
To teach students basic imaging techniques in the orofacial field and to familiarize them with the complete imaging methods in this field.
Learning outcomes
To teach students the principles of radiation protection during X-ray imaging procedures in dentistry. Learn basic teeth projection. Put the theoretical knowledge into practical use.
Syllabus
  • 1. Radiation protection in dentistry 2. Theoretical preparation of X-ray devices used in dental imaging. 3. Theoretical preparation and positioning of the patient in various dental imaging procedures. 4. Practical device control and positioning of patients in X-ray examinations in the oral cavity.
