Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide the student with a methodological and practical basis in working with scientific databases, to acquaint him/her with the methods of obtaining scientific evidence and to prepare him/her for writing the final (diploma) thesis.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Develop and report a search strategy;
- Search for scientific evidence;
- Work with citation managers;
- Determine the impact factor of the journal or h-index of the researcher;
