Course objectives
The seminar is intended to provide students with an outline of the post-November (1989) development of the Czech prose. The main tendencies, layers and currents (e.g. authenticity or fantasy postmodern literature etc.)will be outlined, as well as monographical profiles of selected writers. Deeper insights will be put into practice through detailed analysis and interpretations. Students will also learn about the rich spectrum of the secondary literature.
