Course objectives (in Czech)

V semináři jsou konfrontovány základní dokumenty z oblasti lidských práv s konkrétními problémy a událostmi. Všeobecná deklarace lidských práv a na ni navazující dokumenty OSN na straně jedné, národnostní a etnické konflikty současnosti, poblémy vězeňství, otázka trestu smrti, odsunu Němců atd. na straně druhé.
