Course objectives
Speech education of mentally handicapped Psycho-motor development, relation thinking speech, mentally handicap: definition, etiology, mentally handicapped speech development, factor influencing speech development, characteristic of the language levels of mentally handicapped, speech of various forms and levels of mental handicap, symptomatic speech disorders, specifics of the speech therapy intervention, system of education, organization of support and care, possibilities of the speech therapy influence of the communication abilities of the mentally handicapped, tools used in speech therapy
