Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: learn, understand and explain und demonstrate the basic topics related to work psychology, organization and management. The students will be able to gain basic skills in the area of communication at work, managing teamwork, leadership and motivating staff, positive ways of influencing the contenment of staff.
Syllabus
  • 1. Psychology of work: history of psychology of work and management, efficiency, environment, identifying capability for a profession profesiography, work and relaxation, workload issues. 2. Psychology of organization: organization systems, modern views of organization, communication in organization, organization culture. 3.Psychology of management and social psychology of work: staff introduction, staff motivation, remuneration, styles of management, emotions and management, management of teamwork and cooperation, managing a conflict, manager's personality.
