- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- Comparative studies within the framework of the subject Definition of basic terminology in the field of behavioral disorders, re-socialization education, diagnostics and therapy of behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. Prison and penology. At the end of the course, students will be able to analyze the development field in the frame of teaching and application of information gained in the field.
- Syllabus
- Content areas: • State system of care for individuals with behavioral disorders - socially and morally unsound, alternative forms of care • Characteristics and structure of the process of rehabilitation center for special schools for preventive care, and institutional and protective education • etopedy diagnostics - the content, objective, methods, implementation • The concept režimového system, remedial methods, psychotherapeutic and corrective methods etopedy in practice • precriminality and youth crime, defining factors, etiology, legal issues, solutions. • Introduction to penology, structure and content of the penitentiary care • custody and imprisonment of juvenile • Specifics of ethnic minorities in terms of emotional disturbances • Aspects influencing a successful social rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals socially and morally disturbed • Special educator in etopedy and penal practice, personal and professional qualifications.
