Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide an overview of a framework of knowledge in the field of economics and management commercial activities in the service and retail activities in particular. Students will learn tools and management methods and techniques of buying and selling process and management process stocks, including methods of economic evaluation of the process and importance of logistics in commercial activities.
Syllabus
  • 1. Types of commercial activities. 2. Objects and buying. 3. Methods of sale. 4. Organization of buying and selling in the company. 5. Sales techniques. 6. Logistics processes the purchase. 7. Logistical sales processes. 8. Management and economic context of inventory management. 9. Management velkoa retail operation. 10. Economic and non-economic criteria for evaluating the purchase and sale. 11. Administration of purchase, sale and storage. 12. Quality management in the process of purchasing, storage and sales. 13. The use of IS / IT in commercial activities. 14. Business obligations relations in trade.
