Course objectives
The development of socio-cultural and managerial skills consists thirteen thematic units. The introductory part is aimed at deepening self contingent upon an adequate and self-development people with psychological stress management. Another part is devoted to developing and training communication skills for business and management practices. The third part of the course focused on increasing the effectiveness of the work manager and deals with the demands imposed on its personality. The fourth part of the course is devoted to the management of teams, with an emphasis on development creative problem-solving and dealing with increasing social vulnerability assessment other people and for effective negotiations with them. Is discussed in more detail the topic of human motivation behavior, particularly affecting the motivation and performance of workers. Another part of the course dealing with current problems in the labor market, the application of methods and problems of involuntary loss of work. The final part of the course equips students potential Head of knowledge workers the environmental dimension of management.

Teaching methods
The class consits of a self-preparation done by student at home and a consultation held at the faculty. For each consultation student is obliged to review given topics (theoretical preparation). In the class the information is delivered in the form of a lecture joined with discussions or solving a case study.
