Course objectives
Hlavní cíle kurzu psychohygieny je zvládnout základní termíny a pojmy psychologie zdraví a psychohygieny. Patří zde také problematika zdravého životního stylu a znalosti a dovednosti v této oblasti, týkající se zvládání stresu, efektivního odpočinku a udržování optimální výkonnosti. Teoreticky i prakticky je kladen důraz na primární prevenci a výchovu ke zdraví. Student po absolvování kurzu je schopen výchovy a sebevýchovy ke zdraví v oblasti somatické, psychické i sociální.
