Course objectives
Students will be able to explain the laws and directives, forming the legal framework for the consultancy work. They will be able to clarify each of the specific cases and interpreting their relationship to the legal standard for the analysis of specific student behaviors. They will be able to competently propose specific measures and analyze its implications.

  • 1st Act No. 94/1963 Coll. On the family, as amended 2nd Act No. 167/1998 Coll. On substance abuse 3rd Act No. 101/2000 Coll. On the protection of personal data, as amended 4th Act No. 258/2000 Coll. On the protection of public health 5th Act No. 109/2002 Coll. On institutional education or protective education in school facilities and preventative educational care in school facilities, as amended 6th Act No. 218/2003 Coll. Liability for unlawful acts of youth and youth justice and amending certain Acts (Act on Juvenile Justice) 7th Act No. 561/2004 Coll. On preschool, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act) 8th Act No. 563/2004 Coll. On teaching staff and amending some laws 9th Decree on advisory services in schools and school counseling facilities. Decree on educational needs of pupils with special educational needs, and exceptionally gifted students, on the elementary school, the decree on secondary education and training in the conservatory, etc.
