Course objectives
The aim of the course is to study some of the virtuoso compositions of Czech or world repertoire. The sub-objective of the course is a systematic development of the ability to plastically interpret many-voiced rate with preservation of the linear continual progress of the participating voices or homogeneous layers, the object further accentuates the vital influence of the quality choice of fingering on the sound quality of a linear and horizontal structures for the interpretation.
Syllabus
  • 1. – 4. The major scale and minor with sharps in decims, over four octaves in combination 5. – 6. cross-hold finger exercises with a transpose 7. – 9. A virtuoso composition of Czech and world repertoire 10. – 12. Concert etudes
