Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand the film language, - make reasoned deductions on the movies, - express his reasons in an organized way, - get to like German cinema.
Learning outcomes
Having accomplished the activities in the seminar, the students will be able to:
- search for and find short films in German which are suitable for use in classes of German as a foreign language,
- perform critical analyses of textbooks, particularly the way they treat comprehension of short videos or films,
- produce modern didactizations of short videos to be used in classes of German as a foreign language.
Syllabus
  • The course will be held three times in the semester, as a compact course. There will be no watching films in class, the watching will be done in advance individually. The lessons will aim at discussing the films, presentations of literature search and excerpts etc.
