Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquire basic terminology from the field of education of adults with SEND, acquaint students with various aspects of life of adults with SEND, explain development in approaches to people with SEND regarding their integration to the labour market, social inclusion and understand the situation in the Czech republic and abroad. At the end of the course the student will:
describe factors influencing life of people with SEND in the Czech Republic (including comparison with foreign countries)
explain fundamentals of the complex approach to people with SEND and interconnections among particular fields, resorts and areas
be familiar with organizations supporting adults with SEND
interprete information form Czech and foreign sources
