Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the strategies and possibilities of supporting a visually impaired student in the school environment - with personnel and material measures, with modifications of methods and ways of work that are effective for the visually impaired student, but also for the whole inclusive class.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- describe strategies for visual work of a pupil with visual impairment
- recommend a suitable special aid
- understand modifications of methods and forms of work in an inclusive classroom with a visually impaired pupil

  • • Methods and forms of work in an inclusive classroom with a visually impaired pupil
  • • Counseling and support in the process of educating a visually impaired pupil
  • • Orientation in space and independent movement of a pupil with visual impairment - support strategies
