Prerequisites
Participation and attendance at group meetings (4 times per semester – dates will be set considering teachers’ possibilities and regarding students’ schedules). Cooperation with coordinating manager of the different themes and roles of the festival - the establishment of joint and individual tasks, and participation in the development of the festival program. 1. Thematic section – Innovation in education 2. Thematic section – Creativity in education 3. Thematic section – Variety in education Work on the preparation and implementation of activities and materials needed for the festival.

Course objectives
Student participation and active involvement in the preparation and implementation of international education festival will effectively improve the managerial, communicative and interpersonal competencies and confidence that is essential for future teachers. The aim is also to expose students to new trends in the field of education, which is the focus of the festival, and to introduce them to non-traditional teaching methods and cultivate interdisciplinary relationships. Another aim of this festival is to link education with other areas of society and culture such as art, architecture, technology and business.

  • - gain knowledge and understanding of organizing a festival - research into similar types of international events - development of festival program and scheduling of events - participation in the provision of resources and venue of events - preparation of selected activities and events of the festival program - communication with other participants of the festival - organization and design of festival activities and events - preparation of materials and literature for events program of festival
