- Course objectives
- Annotation: The aim of the course is to gain a comprehensive overview of trends in the professional education market in connection with the teacher of vocational subjects at secondary school. The lectures include specific case studies, discussions and emphasize the relationship of the subject matter to teaching practice. • Objectives: Knowledge: Comprehensive overview of knowledge on the topic of lifelong qualification improvement in the field of teacher specialization, pedagogy and psychology. Skills: To be able to characterize individual basic concepts and principles of human resource development strategies. In the field of adult education, the student is oriented in a set of animation processes that intertwine and tie together. They can characterize new trends in non-present forms of adult education. He / she is able to choose an appropriate teaching method for adult learning action (in terms of content and form). Attitudes: Acquire the values of further personal self-education. To deepen the values of the ethical behavior.

- At the end of the course students should be able to: • Characterize new trends in adult education. • - Is oriented in further professional education in connection with its specialization. • - Is able to plan and implement further self-education in the field of his / her specialization, pedagogy and psychology. • - Describe selected forms and methods of teaching for adult education. - Is able to choose an adequate teaching method for selected forms of adult education.

Partial systems of continuing professional education of adults in the Czech Republic. 7. European Union and support of continuing professional education. 8. Management of educational process.
