Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide participants with space for reflection and sharing of experiences from teaching practice and to help them deepen (self)reflective skills (focus on professional learning).
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the participant is able to:
• openly share and reflect on experiences from their own teaching practice within the professional community;
•purposefully use self-reflection as a tool for professional learning;
•systematically work with the A Student Teacher Professional Competence Standard.
