The goal of mentoring is not only to equip students theoretically with specific tools, but to demonstrate these tools in practice, both in self-experience and in the mentoring of younger classmates from the undergraduate program at the end of the course. In total, this is a 24h practice (14h. preparation for mentoring, 10h. conducting reflective meetings with undergraduate students).
