Course objectives
Subject of morpology, its place among other linguistic disciplines. Morpheme, morph, allomorph. Structure of shape. Criteria for classification of word types. Grammatical categories of words, adjectives and verbs. Characteristics of individual word types - importance, forms, doublets, use... Trends of the change in the development in morphology. Stylistic aspects in morphology.
