Course objectives
The aim of the course is to stimulate students' interest in the issue of personnel management in enterprises and organizations. Students will be familiar with basic concepts in the field and examples, case studies are familiar with certain procedures in personnel practices. Contents of the course consists of ten selected issues from the issue of personnel management organizations. Students will gain an overview of the key areas of staffing issues management organizations. The lectures will become familiar with modern trends in Personnel Management. The odds are also examples of the world's leading companies, which are pioneers in the field of human resource management. Marginally be mentioned particularities management human resources in small organizations.
