Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows special neurology, to analyze the impact of normal neurology on special neurology. The aim of the course is to gain further knowledge of the needs of neurology   special educators. This course builds on knowledge gained after successful completion of the course SP4MP_NEU1. At the end of this course the student will be able to apply the information and knowledge of neurology in the upbringing and education of children and pupils with special educational needs.
Syllabus
  • Curriculum plan of Neurology: Neurology – content and structure of its field, Subsidiary examine methods in neurology, The basic anatomy structures of the nervous systém, The basic physiology of the nervous system, The motor systems, The sensuous system, The periphery nervous system and the autonomic nerves, The brain nerves I-XII, The symbolic functions, The fatic internal functions and the expressive speech, The disorders of consciousness, The childrens cerebral palsy, The brain disabilities, Epilepsy, Headaches, Autism, The other chapters in the special neurology.
