Course objectives
The course - leaver will be able to understand function of machine equipment and to explain technological process in discussion.
Syllabus
  • 1. Basic sorting machinery and equipment.
  • 2. System group of machinery and equipment.
  • 3. Combining dismountable - screw, spring, and cotter pin.
  • 4. Combining permanent or difficult dismantled.
  • 5. Fit and tolerance.
  • 6. Component thereof, capable of sliding movement and rotation.
  • 7. Component thereof, capable of vibratory movement - the spring.
  • 8. Parts of transmitting movement - axis, shaft, pin.
  • 9. Parts of the changing movement - transfers.
  • 10. Transfers of direct and indirect.
  • 11. Parts linking driving and fallowing part - clutch.
  • 12. Parts of the changing nature of the movement - mechanisms.
  • 13. Parts of regulating the speed of movement.
  • 14. Regulators - mechanical and electronic.
