Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to learn basic safety rules and rules of work in the chemical laboratory; to learn basic practical skills in the chemical laboratory. to correctly implement basic laboratory operations and to control selected working process; to correctly elaborate protocols and notes about the chemical laboratory experiment.

  • The principles of safe work in the chemical laboratory.
  • Laboratory rules.
  • Fire regulations.
  • First aid in the laboratory.
  • Laboratory facilities.
  • Chemicals and their classification.
  • Basic activities in the chemical laboratory.
  • The compilation of basic apparatus and their functionality.
  • Methods of separation elements from mixtures.
