Course objectives
The main aims of the subject are as follows 1. to understand mutual relationships between natural components of the landscape in general and in visited area in particular. 2. to be able to use the indicative role of individual naturall landscape components for approximate assessment of other landscape features. 3. to undertand impact both of individual and integrated natural landscape features of real landscape on selection a distribution of human activities. 4. to present ability to idenfy both positive and negative landscape features on human profit and security. At the end of this course students will understand the fieldwork part of the physical geography.

Assessment methods
The education runs in the chosen region of the Czech Republic under supervision of a responsible teacher. The participating students complete selected organizational, operational and educational tasks, including the presentations of subjects processed. Credits are being given for results of subject processing, presentation and reporting.
