Course objectives
Broadening the knowledge about word formation in the contemporary Czech. Word-forming analysis of language material. Teaching matter about word formation in secondary school textbook of Czech.
Learning outcomes
The student has deepened and expanded the knowledge about word-formation of the contemporary Czech language, word-based analysis of language material, and the teaching of word-formation in Czech secondary school textbooks.
Syllabus
  • Broadening the knowledge about word formation in contemporary Czech. General characteristics of the word formation tendency in contemporary Czech Vocabulary. a)the foreign vocabulary in the Czech language; b)intellectualisation of the Czech vocabulary; c)the composition in the Czech word formation; d)the abbreviation in the Czech word formation; The word formation of the word substantives, adjectives, verbs, adverbs... Word-forming analysis of language material. Teaching matter about word formation in secondary school textbook of Czech.
